Scaffold safety [videorecording] : it's no joke.

Scaffold safety reviews the safety requirements of scaffolds. Explains the different types of scaffolding, who can design and build a scaffold, things to look for before getting on a scaffold, fall protection requirements and some general safety procedures about working from scaffolds. Actors portray the comedians Laurel and Hardy in demonstrating what not to do in building and working on scaffolds. Concludes with information regarding the two types of fall protection: guard rails and personal fall arrest systems.

Proper safety precautions should always be practiced, and people should be aware about the do's and don'ts when it comes to scaffolding and entering a construction site with a scaffold tower on the making..
