Management of building projects : a practice manual for all lead roles from project concept to completion

This manual was published for the BC Building Industry to help all parts of the industry. It explains how all parts of a project from owners to architects and from engineers to builders need to interact to make a building project successful. It explains the characteristics of each stage of building from concept to completion, starting from planning for function and aesthetic as well as safety and cost-effectiveness.

This manual has been used for seminars and courses as well as by seasoned professionals and is recognized as a practice and education guide by the Canadian Construction Association.
